History, Inception & Founders

From the house of BigBazaar, Easyday Club was founded in the year 2008 as a retail chain of consumer supermarkets and convenience stores. Easyday operates over 1000 supermarkets spread across 168 cities and towns in the country. The brand is a part of the Future Retail arm of the Future Group, which was established by Kishore Biyani. Future Retail raised a total funding of $500 Million through debt financing round in October 2023. In 2016, the retail group acquired Heritage Foods, a Hyderabad-based food retail business.
