Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
- Ready to ship orders are dispatched between 1 - 3 days by the supplier. Shipping for a made-to-order product will vary from 1 - 3 weeks. The shipping fee will depend upon the location and weight of the consignment
- Cancellations can be done before the order gets confirmed by Spoyl. Contact Spoyl customer care to cancel the order
- A user can request for returns within 15 days from the date of receiving the order. Exceptions like jewellery, cosmetics, sunglasses, socks, deodorants, briefs, lingerie, swimwear and wristbands are not eligible for exchange or return
- Refunds will be credited into the source account within 3 - 5 days after the goods are inspected for damage or usage
